Protected by our own breakwater, Portland Marina is located inside Portland Harbour.

When approaching Portland Harbour use the northern entrance, and check the traffic lights before entering. Download Portland Harbour small boats guide. If you are unsure, check with 'Portland Harbour Radio' on VHF Ch 74.
Inside the harbour, follow the recommended fairway marked with red buoys and a safe water mark. Portland Marina is behind the rock breakwater on the western side of the harbour. Call for a berth allocation. Visitors berths are on R, S and T pontoons, just inside the entrance.

We're only ten miles from the A35 at Dorchester. The M5 is 55 miles away and Bristol and the M4 are 80 miles.
From the A35 at Dorchester, take the A354 and follow the signs to Portland, skirting through Weymouth. Cross the causeway to the Isle of Portland and, at the first roundabout, turn left to the National Sailing Academy. Follow the road past the blue fencing to the entrance of Portland Marina. Car parking is on the left, with more in front of the business units.
Weymouth station is five miles from the marina. From Weymouth there are regular services to Bristol, Southampton and London.
