The friendly atmosphere at Haslar Marina is supported by the active Haslar Yacht Club, helpful on-site businesses and bars, and the can-do approach of our staff. Some of our berth holders have been with us for more than 20 years, so we must be getting things right!
We built the marina, and we've continued to polish and tidy over the years. Recently we have refurbished the G and A washrooms, installed a new electricity system, rebuilt the wavescreen and have started a comprehensive dredging programme.
Tucked into Haslar Creek, we are sheltered from the prevailing wind, and our new wavescreen protects the northern end of the marina from the ebb tide and boat wash.
The marina is totally accessible by land and sea 24/7, so you can come and go as you please.
Our visitors' area is on L and M pontoons, just inside the lightship.
Sealift boat lift is moored on pontoon F. Sealift2 is an eco-friendly floating dry dock designed to safely lift and hold boats of all types up to 19m (65 feet) long. The Sealift team can spray off, antifoul, cut and polish the hull and lots more. Call Sealift on 023 92 580 870.
All of our annual berth holders can enjoy 10% discount on Sealift services, and we've got a great boat care package for new berth holders too.
The marina office is located ashore at the main access ramp by A pontoon. The office is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
With washrooms in three locations around the marina, you don't need to walk far for a shower. We have family washrooms on A and G pontoons and an accessible washroom for wheelchair users on A pontoon. There are laundry facilities on the lightship and on A pontoon.
Trinity's at the Lightship
Trinity's is located onboard Mary Mouse, our big green lightship. Bar-restaurant with an open deck overlooking the harbour and old Portsmouth. Call 02392 503 387.
The lightship is a real decommissioned lightship and as such we're sorry to say that it is the only part of the marina that is not wheelchair accessible.
Hardy's at Haslar
Hardy's is in the marina village, close to the marina office. Hardy's is a bar-restaurant with an outside terrace area. Call 02392 588 810.
If you have special requirements, please don't hesitate to ask our team for help or advice. We're always happy to catch your lines or help with mooring.
The marina is wheelchair accessible (with the exception of the lightship) with accessible washrooms on A pontoon.
We welcome children and dogs, and can suggest local parks and places to run-off cabin fever.

“Without a doubt the most friendly marina in the Solent. Staff are all amazing and work exceptionally hard to make the marina what it is. Really love being part of the 'community' I couldn't think about being anywhere else.”
