East Cowes Marina, Britannia Way, East Cowes, Isle of Wight, PO32 6UB

Call: 01983 293983

VHF radio: Ch 80

By Sea

The eastern channel is now dredged to 2.25m below chart datum - this is the safest route for small craft arriving from the east. Listen to VHF Ch 69 'Cowes Harbour Radio' for warnings of shipping movements.

Follow the harbour past the Cowes marinas into the river Medina and past the chain ferry (floating bridge). The depth over the chains is the height of tide + 1.5m, and the ferry has right of way.

East Cowes Marina is 500m south of the chain ferry on the eastern bank of the river. It is clearly marked with a large green and white sign on A1 pontoon.

Call the marina on VHF Ch 80 for a berth allocation. Outside of office hours you are welcome to take any suitable berth on A or B pontoons (the most northerly) and check-in with the marina office in the morning.
