Developing 'Greener' Marinas

Dean & Reddyhoff has been working to make all it's marinas as environmentally-friendly as possible by offering recycling at all four marinas.

Onboard with The Green Blue - Dean & Reddyhoff is proud to support the work of The Green Blue, the RYA and British Marine Federation's environmental awareness initiative.

Waste and recycling

Veolia_Recycling.JPGRecycling bins are located close to the access ramp at the northern end of the marina, which contains all of our domestic waste and recycling services.  We can accept the following types of waste:

  • Cardboard
  • Paper (including newspapers and magazines)
  • Cans
  • Glass
  • Plastic bottles
  • Fruit juice and milk cartons
  • All types of plastic packaging (excluding carrier bags & food containers & cling film)
  • Telephone directories

All these materials are collected together in a single container and separated later at the reprocessing plant.

A waste oil tank is also available for old fuel, oil, etc.  Please ask a member of staff for assistance.
