All pumped up and ready to go!
During July we embarked on our second phase of pontoon installation.
This Phase was to add and extend M pontoon to lead onto R, S and T pontoons (or V1, V2 & V3 depending on which almanac you read!). These are fully services walcon pontoons that are ideal for alongside berthing, particularly suitable for visiting yachts and events. We estimate that we can accomodate potentially 100 boats on these pontoons (size dependant of course!).
The operation also included repositioning our fuel berth and adding a "Black Water" pump-out facility. The pump out is free for Bertholders.
The installation took a little under six weeks and we are as ever indebted to Walcon, Rolec Services and Taylor Fuels for their speedy and efficient service, allowing us to be complete before the Olympic test event.
