Weymouth Berth Holder's Party 18th June.

I am delighted to advise you, that due to the great success of last year’s event, we will once again be holding a Berth Holder Party on the evening of Saturday 18th June 2011. Tickets for the event will be available from the marina reception for just £8.00 per Berth Holder and £14 for each guest (payments must be made by cash in advance at the Marina Reception). All of the proceeds from the ticket sales will be given to the Fortuneswell Cancer Trust. In order to control numbers, there will be a maximum upper limit of 300, including guests.
To contend with the unpredictability of the British weather, there will be a specially erected marquee in the car park overlooking the marina to assist in housing the event. The evening reception will start at 7pm and will include a complimentary bar, seafood paella or thai curry and a live band.
Due to the huge popularity of the event last year, tickets will be issued strictly on a first come, first served basis and will be available from the marina office from Saturday 30th April. This year the ticket must be kept and used as a food voucher, so that everyone can be garanteed a meal!
